FINAL: Our gateway partner received notification from their gateway partner reporting that the issue has been mitigated at their end. After a monitoring period, our gateway partner continues to monitor and is observing successful MO, MO, and DR traffic.
INTERIM 3: Our gateway partner received a notification reporting that the issue has been mitigated by their gateway partner at their end and queues are processing. Our gateway partner has tested and do see successful MO, MT, and DR.
INTERIM 2: Our gateway partner received notification that their gateway partner continues experiencing intermittent latency for MT, MO, and DR messages with Verizon operator. The issue was escalated with their gateway partner, who is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Additional updated will be provided as they become available.
INTERIM 1: Our gateway partner received notification from their gateway partner stating the issue has been resolved at their end. Monitoring will continue.
Our gateway partner received a notification that their gateway partner is again currently experience an issue with Verizon message delivery. There is latency for Mobile Terminated, Mobile Originated, and Delivery Receipts. The gateway partner is engaged and is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. FINAL: Our gateway partner engaged their partner, and the issue was confirmed to be on the partner’s end. A fix was implemented and after further testing and monitoring, our gateway partner observed the messages arriving without any issues.
INTERIM: Our gateway partner continues to work on identifying a root cause to address the issue.
INITIAL: Our gateway partner is investigating an issue for MT messages with content in Spanish, Arabic, and Korean languages. The issue is being actively investigated. More information to follow as available.
MT messages in Korean, Arabic, and Spanish languages are showing question marks in place of special accent characters for these languages.
